Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Purchases (Non-Refundable)
All initial purchases of our digital budget tracking templates are final and non-refundable.
Once the digital product has been delivered (including by download or email), no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for the original purchase price of the product.
2. Subscription Fees – Refund of Last Week Only
Your subscription is billed on a weekly basis and provides continued access to our services, including customer support for template customisation and general guidance on using the templates to manage your finances.
You may request a refund of your most recent weekly subscription fee only (the last week that was charged).
No refunds will be issued for any earlier subscription weeks or past charges.
To be eligible for a refund of the last week’s subscription fee:
Your request must be made within 7 days of the most recent weekly charge; and
You must contact us from the same email address used for your subscription.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund of your last weekly subscription charge, please email:
Include:
Your full name
Last 4 digit of your card
The email address used at checkout
The date and amount of the most recent charge you are disputing
If your request meets the conditions in this Refund Policy, we will process a refund of the last weekly subscription fee back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. No Refund After Cancellation Effective Date
Once you cancel your subscription, no further charges will be made.
Refunds will not be issued for any subscription period after the cancellation has taken effect.
5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
