These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “Subscriber”) and smartbudgie.com (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding your purchase and use of our digital budget tracking templates (“Product” or “Service”). By proceeding with a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Subscription and Automatic Billing
When you purchase a budget tracking template through our website, you are automatically enrolled in a weekly subscription plan. The subscription fee is €4.98 per week or ₱95 per week, depending on your country’s currency at checkout.
1A. Purpose of Subscription Fee
The weekly subscription fee of €4.98 / ₱95 covers continued access to our digital budget tracking templates as well as ongoing customer support services. This may include assistance with customising the spreadsheet to your personal circumstances and general guidance on how to use the template to track expenses, plan savings, and improve money management. The subscription does not constitute regulated financial, legal, tax, or investment advice and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to and authorize recurring weekly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 2 below. All payments are non-transferable and billed automatically at the beginning of each subscription week.
1B. Free Trial Period
We offer a 2-day free trial for new subscribers to allow you to test our customer support service, including assistance with customising the template and guidance on how to use it for saving and managing money.
During this 2-day free trial:
You will not be charged any subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time within the 2-day period to avoid any subscription charges.
If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the 2-day free trial:
Your subscription will automatically convert into a paid weekly subscription.
You expressly consent to being charged the applicable weekly subscription fee (e.g. €4.98 / ₱95 per week, depending on your country) using the payment method provided at checkout, until you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.
It is your responsibility to track the end of your free trial period and submit a cancellation request in time if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to support@monzoid.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.”
Cancellations are processed instantly and take effect immediately upon receipt of your cancellation request. You will not incur any further charges after cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a refund equivalent to one week of subscription (€4.98 / ₱95) if you request it within seven (7) days of your most recent charge. Refund requests must be sent to support@monzoid.com from the same email used for your subscription. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.
4. User Responsibility and Consent
By proceeding to purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have read, fully understood, and accepted these Terms prior to completing your purchase.
The recurring subscription model and weekly charges were clearly disclosed before purchase.
It is solely your responsibility to review and understand the Terms before payment.
Failure to read or understand the Terms does not exempt you from your subscription obligations. The Company shall not be held liable for any misunderstandings resulting from your failure to read or comprehend these Terms.
5. License of Use
Upon payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased template for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our digital templates and related services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or financial consequences arising from:
Your use or inability to use the Product,
Subscription renewal charges, or
Misunderstanding of the recurring payment model.
Use of our website and purchase of any Product constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these limitations of liability.
7. Modifications to Terms and Pricing
We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms, pricing, and subscription structure at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service or ongoing subscription after any modifications signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.
